Claude startup program eligibility
Bootstrapped, pre-seed and venture-backed startups can all apply. These are the requirements listed on the official page.

Requirements
- Company age: founded in the last 5 years, or funded in the last 2.
- Claude Console account: this is the API console, not the Claude chat app.
- Company email: it must match your website's domain. A personal Gmail address will not match.
- Short description: a few lines on what you are building with Claude.
- Policy compliance: your use must comply with Anthropic's supportability policies.
Who gets the larger VC credits?
The up-to-$100K tier is for founders backed by a VC in Anthropic's partner network and is claimed through the VC, not through the standard form.
Checklist before you apply
- Create or confirm your Console account.
- Have a company-domain email ready.
- Make sure your website is live and describes the product.
- Write two or three sentences on how you use Claude.
